Yang tetap masuk
Serangan biasa tidak berkurang sama sekali. Proc dari item juga bukan spell, jadi bash dari Skull Basher tetap kena walaupun BKB sedang menyala.
Karena itu, jawaban untuk hero yang membunuhmu dengan serangan bukan BKB. Yang bekerja adalah menjauhkan diri, memotong attack speed, atau menambah evasion.
Kapan BKB justru jawaban yang benar
BKB menang melawan kuncian yang datang dari spell: hex, silence, root, dan slow besar. Kalau hero musuh bergantung pada satu disable untuk membuka, memaksa BKB keluar lebih awal, mundur, lalu masuk lagi setelah cooldown sembilan puluh lima detik jauh lebih baik daripada bertahan di dalamnya.
Beberapa hal tetap menembus. Stun aktif Abyssal Blade menembus debuff immunity, jadi tidak semua kuncian berhenti di BKB. Baca keterangan itemnya sebelum menganggap satu item menjawab semuanya.
Cara memeriksa sebelum percaya
Halaman item di situs ini menulis durasi, cooldown, dan apa yang membatalkannya, dengan angka dari data item patch terbaru. Kalau panduan dan panel angkanya berasal dari patch berbeda, halamannya menandai itu.
Kebiasaan yang berguna: sebelum menyebut sebuah item sebagai counter, cari tahu dulu apakah efek yang mau kamu batalkan itu datang dari spell, dari serangan, atau dari proc item. Tiga sumber itu berperilaku berbeda.
What Avatar actually does
On use, BKB applies a basic dispel first, then grants sixty percent magic resistance for nine, eight, or seven seconds depending on its level. Negative effects from enemy spells do not land during that window.
Two things get mixed up. Magic resistance is not immunity: magic damage still lands, just smaller. And what is refused is the negative effect from spells, not all damage.
What still gets through
Plain attacks are not reduced at all. Item procs are not spells either, so a bash from Skull Basher lands while BKB is up.
That is why BKB is not the answer to a hero who kills you with attacks. What works is creating distance, cutting attack speed, or adding evasion.
When BKB is the right answer
BKB beats lockdown that comes from spells: hex, silence, root, and large slows. If the enemy depends on one disable to start, forcing BKB out early, backing off, then re-engaging after its 95-second cooldown beats standing inside it.
Some things still pierce. The active stun of Abyssal Blade pierces debuff immunity, so not every lock stops at BKB. Read the item text before assuming one item answers everything.
How to check before trusting it
Item pages here list duration, cooldown, and what cancels them, with numbers from the newest item data. When a written guide and the numbers come from different patches, the page says so.
A useful habit: before calling an item a counter, work out whether the effect you want to cancel comes from a spell, an attack, or an item proc. The three behave differently.
